By installing or using Blinko: Don't Blink Challenge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Blinko is a free game made by webstei. It uses your device's camera to detect blinking. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not take the app apart, modify it, resell it, or pass it off as your own.
Blinko encourages you to keep your eyes open for as long as you can. That is uncomfortable by design, and it dries your eyes out.
You play at your own risk and you are responsible for your own wellbeing while using the app.
Blinko can record video through either camera, including the back camera, which makes it easy to film someone else playing.
Ask them first. You are responsible for what you record and for anything you share. Do not record anyone who has not agreed to it, and follow the law where you live about filming other people.
Any clip you record belongs to you. We never receive a copy, so we cannot use it, store it or delete it for you.
Clips carry a small Blinko mark. Please leave it in place if you post the clip publicly.
Blinko is provided as it is, with no promises. Blink detection depends on your camera, the lighting and your face, and it will not be perfect. The app may contain bugs, may fail to detect a blink, or may detect one that did not happen. It may stop working after a phone or operating system update.
To the fullest extent the law allows, webstei is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including eye discomfort, a lost score, or a clip you failed to save.
These terms may change as the app changes. The date at the top will be updated when they do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
